Evening Bar

This comfortable, classic American bar serves seasonally crafted cocktails and bar bites.

Evening Bar offers limited reservations and will accommodate a small amount of walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis; reservations are available here.

The Brakeman

The Brakeman is an American beer hall featuring rotating drafts of craft beers from the Midwest while serving up fried chicken from neighboring Penny Red’s. Open year-round, The Brakeman’s alleyway features games including Ping-Pong, foosball, and shuffleboard.

Penny Red’s

Penny Red’s is a fried chicken spot, serving up buckets of fried chicken, honey-butter biscuits, and local farmstand sides. Penny Red’s is adjacent to The Brakeman.

Mister Dips

Mister Dips was born in 2016 within a retrofitted 1974 Airstream trailer, serving griddle burgers, waffle fries, seasonal Dairy Dips, and more at the William Vale's Vale Park in Brooklyn.  In 2021, the Mister Dips team opened the second location in Parker's Alley adjoining the Shinola Hotel.
