When you are ready, we look forward to welcoming you back and we want you to be confident in knowing that we are going above and beyond to ensure your safety. We have heightened our already stringent cleaning and disinfection procedures and introduced additional preventative measures to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Steps We’re Taking

Cleaning & Sanitation: We have increased the vigilance and frequency of cleaning all guestrooms, public areas, back of house areas and other high-touch surfaces using hospital grade disinfectant and high-tech electrostatic cleaners. Guest luggage is sanitized as soon as it is in team member possession and after the team member places it in the room. Guestrooms are also only serviced upon check-out to limit contact with team members. However, fresh towels and additional in-room amenities may be provided to guests upon request.

Social Distancing: For the safety of our team and our guests, we are minimizing person-to-person contact by limiting bell service and guestroom turndown service. We also launched an expedited check-in and check-out service to minimize contact with our concierge. Signage and physical barriers throughout the property also encourage guests and staff to practice social distancing at all times.

Personal Protection: Face masks and mini hand sanitizers are provided to each guest in their wellness amenity kit. Automatic hand sanitizer dispensers are also located throughout the hotel.

Team Member Education & Training: Following all protocols set by global, national and local health authorities, all team members have been thoroughly trained and educated on best cleaning, disinfecting and personal hygiene practices. We are ensuring that team members who aren’t feeling well also stay home by conducting temperature and health screenings prior to the start of each shift. Team members are also required to wear a mask at all times while on property.

Onsite Amenities: Temporarily, we have limited our services, food and beverage offerings, and other amenities that are normally available at our hotel.

Food & Drink: The Living Room is open for dining to hotel guests only. We are enforcing strict occupancy limits to maintain distance between guests. In-room dining is also available for you to enjoy from the comfort of your guestroom.

Fitness Center: The fitness center is temporarily closed. In the meantime, we encourage guests to contact our concierge team about our complimentary Shinola bikes for hotel guests, as well as our recommended outdoor running routes.

We are closely monitoring information and guidance from our local government and Centers for Disease Control regarding COVID-19 and we will continue to adapt and revise our efforts to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
